New truck adventures on the road:
Here is some of the modifications I have done on it so far:
The truck weighed 5100 lbs. So far have lost over 480 lbs. Removed bed flooring, center seat, spare tire, front wheel wells, rear lower leafs. & replaced original hood with a carbon fiber hood from
Anderson Composites (hood change saved 60lbs!). With mini hood pins to hold rear sides down.
Suspension Lowering kit from JTS Venom Performance. Lowered 2” in front & 3” in rear.
JRI Adjustable billet shocks.
Nankang CRS 305/30/ZR20 200 treadwear
Forge line Motorsports GS1R 20x11 mono block wheels. 19 lbs each lighter than OEM wheels & tires
Volant Air fresh air system & pre filter. Uses the hood scoop.
SCT flash tuner.
Hurst short shifter.
Crow 5pt race belts.
Rennline race hooks and fire extinguisher mount.
FireBottle automatic/manual pull system from JEGS (3 nozzle system).
Belanger headers and Magnaflow cat back exhaust
Wildwood big brake kits on front and rear from LS Engineering.
Center force clutch/flywheel & hydraulics upgrade from Roe Racing
Viper Store Front splitter with FSPE carbon fiber rods.
Optima Red top battery.
Alpine 9” screen stereo with Apple car play with Infinity speakers & bass.
Sparco SPX carbon adjustable seats with custom fabricated seat mounts.
Custom made center console tray carbon wrapped including cup holders, phone mount, fire bottle system cab nozzle mount, fire extinguisher with a Rennline mount.
I couldn’t find a flat low profile bed cover so I fabricated one from Aluminum. Weighs about 66 lbs.
Carbon wrapped top of cab and bed cover and ‘Daytona’ style side stripe done by Higgins Signs.
